Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to satisfying our customers, helping you solve problems and updating your vehicles with our products.To start a return, you can contact us at support04@vland-official.com to submit order number, a clear picture or video. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. (Please note: If it is the return caused by the customer reasons, we will not provide transport labels.)

When returning your package, please make sure the item is in good condition with all accessories inside. (except for items defective, damaged or missing upon received ). Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package, ship it to the address our customer service sent you.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

 

(1).30 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items:

For Any reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for return and refund.Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund,the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. [Send an unopened package photo to my email, we will handle within 1-2 working days.]

 

(2).Return defective or damaged item:

If the item you have received is defective or damaged, contact our customer service at the first time and provide us with the photos or a video of the defective or damaged item in 7 days. In this case, after our checking, we can give a full refund. [Send an defective or damaged item photo to my email, we will handle within 1-2 working days.]

 

(3).Return incorrect or non-compatible item:

If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered or you got a non-compatible item with your device (the original description of the item on our site is wrong) , please do not hesitate to contact our customer service and to provide us with the following proofs in 7 days:

Photos or a video of the incorrect item;

Photos or a video showing the incorrect or non-compatible with this product.

Disgusting customer service !!!!! purchased lights for my sons car they are not eu compliant , no address, no returns address , no satisfaction. The company has no transparency as to its location for returns or communication . Want a refund and to return goods disgusting !!!!

I purchased vland headlights for my 2021 Ram 1500 in August 2021. The passenger headlight is consistently blinking and flashing and I have no idea what to do. These are only 4 months old and they’re already causing me issues.

I am having issues getting my problems resolved. I bought headlight and taillight package for my daughter’s hyundai sonata. My issue is that I’m missing an acc wire, and also my passenger side headlight doesn’t all the way function. I keep getting told that they need a picture of my label. I have told them that I do not have the label they are looking for on my headlight box. Only my taillight box has a label like the one they want. I am still being told that they need a label that doesn’t exist. Maybe they forgot to put a label on my box, just like they forgot to put a wire in there. I’m very disappointed. This has been weeks of dealing with this, and still no resolution to my problem. I’m very irate. Was going to order lights for my other cars, but no thank you. Not after my experience. I literally paid over $550 and only have working taillights out of the deal. Quit asking me for a label that I have said multiple times doesn’t exist. Instead, figure out where to go from here to make me satisfied.

I ordered a set of demon eye headlights for my car but when I received them, the passenger side headlight didn’t fully function. The blinker didn’t work at all and the wires inside the light were totally a disaster and this light had clearly been damaged in shipping because there were also small chips in the glass around the headlight edges but anyways I contacted the correct customer service email and was told no problem I sent pics and vids and they sent me a replacement all okay until…I received the driver side replacement light when I needed a psseneger side light and it clearly showed that in the videos and pictures so I don’t know how exactly that happened but then when I contacted the same email about it, I get told multiple times that I’m wrong and they sent the correct one according to the video. I even send a picture of this new light all in it’s packaged clearly showing it was a driver side headlight and I still have been getting told that I’m wrong. Listen I paid $400 for these lighs and now I can’t even have them in my car because that same headlight comepltky syoppped working recently and not any single function works on it even with a bulb. According to your website I should be receive a replacement as I should since it came to me damaged and I received the wrong light on your end and wasn’t my fault. But i would also like to request a partial or full refund as I originally ordered these months ago and still cannot get your company to send me one corrrct passenger side demons eye headlight for my Sonata. Ive received some of the worst customer service as far as emailing with whoever is in charge of that. I didn’t pay that much money for half working product. I want my fully refund or replacement sent now because I’ve learned this company must not stand by what they say. Your website says 100% satisfaction gurranteed but I can’t even get sent a light that you guys messed up on. If I could be get any response that would actaully be helpful thank you very much.
