Politica di restituzione e rimborso

Ci impegniamo a soddisfare i nostri clienti, aiutandoti a risolvere i problemi e aggiornando i tuoi veicoli con i nostri prodotti. Per avviare un reso, puoi contattarci all'indirizzo support04@ vland-official.com per inviare il numero dell'ordine, un'immagine chiara o un video. Se il tuo reso viene accettato, te lo invieremo etichetta di spedizione, nonché istruzioni su come e dove inviare il pacco. Gli articoli rispediti a noi senza richiedere un reso non saranno accettati. (Nota: se si tratta di un reso causato dai motivi del cliente, non forniremo etichette di trasporto.)

Quando restituisci il pacco, assicurati che l'articolo sia in buone condizioni con tutti gli accessori all'interno. (ad eccezione degli articoli difettosi, danneggiati o mancanti al momento della ricezione). Applica l'etichetta di spedizione del reso che abbiamo fornito al pacco, spediscilo all'indirizzo che ti ha inviato il nostro servizio clienti.

Se il reso è causato dal consumatore, il consumatore dovrebbe essere responsabile delle spese di spedizione. La tariffa specifica dovrebbe essere basata sulla compagnia espressa scelta. Se per nostre ragioni, la merce ricevuta risulta danneggiata o non corretta, il consumatore non è tenuto a sostenere le spese di spedizione per tale motivo. Nessuna commissione di rifornimento da addebitare ai consumatori per la restituzione di un prodotto.

Per qualsiasi motivo per cui non desideri il tuo articolo entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione, puoi anche contattarci per la restituzione e il rimborso. Gli articoli DEVONO essere restituiti nella loro confezione originale, non utilizzati e non aperti per poter beneficiare di un rimborso del prodotto, la tassa di spedizione per la restituzione è a carico del cliente e non è rimborsabile. [Invia una foto del pacco non aperto alla mia e-mail, la gestiremo entro 1-2 giorni lavorativi.]

 

(2). Restituire l'articolo difettoso o danneggiato:

Se l'articolo che hai ricevuto è difettoso o danneggiato, contatta il nostro servizio clienti per la prima volta e forniscici le foto o un video dell'articolo difettoso o danneggiato entro 7 giorni. In questo caso, dopo il nostro controllo, possiamo dare un rimborso completo. [Invia una foto di un articolo difettoso o danneggiato alla mia e-mail, la gestiremo entro 1-2 giorni lavorativi.]

 

(3).Restituisci articolo errato o non compatibile:

Se l'articolo che hai ricevuto è completamente diverso da quello che hai ordinato o hai ricevuto un articolo non compatibile con il tuo dispositivo (la descrizione originale dell'articolo sul nostro sito è errata), non esitare a contattare il nostro servizio clienti e di fornirci le seguenti prove in 7 giorni:

Foto o un video dell'articolo errato;

Foto o video che mostrino il errato o non compatibile con questo prodotto.

Disgusting customer service !!!!! purchased lights for my sons car they are not eu compliant , no address, no returns address , no satisfaction. The company has no transparency as to its location for returns or communication . Want a refund and to return goods disgusting !!!!

I purchased vland headlights for my 2021 Ram 1500 in August 2021. The passenger headlight is consistently blinking and flashing and I have no idea what to do. These are only 4 months old and they’re already causing me issues.

I am having issues getting my problems resolved. I bought headlight and taillight package for my daughter’s hyundai sonata. My issue is that I’m missing an acc wire, and also my passenger side headlight doesn’t all the way function. I keep getting told that they need a picture of my label. I have told them that I do not have the label they are looking for on my headlight box. Only my taillight box has a label like the one they want. I am still being told that they need a label that doesn’t exist. Maybe they forgot to put a label on my box, just like they forgot to put a wire in there. I’m very disappointed. This has been weeks of dealing with this, and still no resolution to my problem. I’m very irate. Was going to order lights for my other cars, but no thank you. Not after my experience. I literally paid over $550 and only have working taillights out of the deal. Quit asking me for a label that I have said multiple times doesn’t exist. Instead, figure out where to go from here to make me satisfied.

I ordered a set of demon eye headlights for my car but when I received them, the passenger side headlight didn’t fully function. The blinker didn’t work at all and the wires inside the light were totally a disaster and this light had clearly been damaged in shipping because there were also small chips in the glass around the headlight edges but anyways I contacted the correct customer service email and was told no problem I sent pics and vids and they sent me a replacement all okay until…I received the driver side replacement light when I needed a psseneger side light and it clearly showed that in the videos and pictures so I don’t know how exactly that happened but then when I contacted the same email about it, I get told multiple times that I’m wrong and they sent the correct one according to the video. I even send a picture of this new light all in it’s packaged clearly showing it was a driver side headlight and I still have been getting told that I’m wrong. Listen I paid $400 for these lighs and now I can’t even have them in my car because that same headlight comepltky syoppped working recently and not any single function works on it even with a bulb. According to your website I should be receive a replacement as I should since it came to me damaged and I received the wrong light on your end and wasn’t my fault. But i would also like to request a partial or full refund as I originally ordered these months ago and still cannot get your company to send me one corrrct passenger side demons eye headlight for my Sonata. Ive received some of the worst customer service as far as emailing with whoever is in charge of that. I didn’t pay that much money for half working product. I want my fully refund or replacement sent now because I’ve learned this company must not stand by what they say. Your website says 100% satisfaction gurranteed but I can’t even get sent a light that you guys messed up on. If I could be get any response that would actaully be helpful thank you very much.
