Politique de retour et de remboursement

Nous nous engageons à satisfaire nos clients, à vous aider à résoudre les problèmes et à mettre à jour vos véhicules avec nos produits.Pour commencer un retour, vous pouvez nous contacter à support04@ vland-official.com pour soumettre le numéro de commande, une image claire ou une vidéo. Si votre retour est accepté, nous vous enverrons un retour étiquette d'expédition, ainsi que des instructions sur comment et où envoyer votre colis. Les articles qui nous sont renvoyés sans demander de retour ne seront pas acceptés. (Veuillez noter : S'il s'agit du retour causé par les raisons du client, nous ne fournirons pas d'étiquettes de transport.)

Lorsque vous retournez votre colis, assurez-vous que l'article est en bon état avec tous les accessoires à l'intérieur. (sauf pour les articles défectueux, endommagés ou manquants à la réception). Apposez l'étiquette d'expédition de retour que nous avons fournie sur le colis, expédiez-le à l'adresse que notre service client vous a envoyée.

Si le retour est causé par le consommateur, le consommateur devrait être responsable des frais d'expédition. Les frais spécifiques doivent être basés sur la société express que vous choisissez. Si, pour nos raisons, les marchandises reçues sont endommagées ou incorrectes, le consommateur n'est pas tenu de supporter les frais d'expédition pour cette raison. Aucun frais de restockage à facturer aux consommateurs pour le retour d'un produit.

Pour toute raison pour laquelle vous ne voulez pas de votre article dans les 30 jours suivant sa réception, vous pouvez également nous contacter pour un retour et un remboursement. Les articles DOIVENT être retournés dans leur emballage d'origine, non utilisés et non ouverts afin de bénéficier d'un remboursement du produit, les frais d'expédition de retour sont à la charge du client et ne sont pas remboursables. [Envoyez une photo de colis non ouvert à mon e-mail, nous traiterons dans un délai de 1 à 2 jours ouvrables.]

 

(2). Retour article défectueux ou endommagé :

Si l'article que vous avez reçu est défectueux ou endommagé, contactez notre service client dans un premier temps et fournissez-nous les photos ou une vidéo de l'article défectueux ou endommagé dans les 7 jours. Dans ce cas, après notre vérification, nous pouvons vous rembourser intégralement. [Envoyer une photo d'article défectueux ou endommagé à mon e-mail, nous nous en occuperons dans un délai de 1 à 2 jours ouvrables.]

 

(3).Renvoyer un article incorrect ou non compatible :

Si l'article que vous avez reçu diffère complètement de celui que vous avez commandé ou si vous avez un article non compatible avec votre appareil (la description originale de l'article sur notre site est erronée), n'hésitez pas à contacter notre service client et de nous fournir les justificatifs suivants sous 7 jours :

Photos ou vidéo de l'élément incorrect ;

Photos ou vidéo montrant le incorrect ou non compatible avec ce produit.

Disgusting customer service !!!!! purchased lights for my sons car they are not eu compliant , no address, no returns address , no satisfaction. The company has no transparency as to its location for returns or communication . Want a refund and to return goods disgusting !!!!

I purchased vland headlights for my 2021 Ram 1500 in August 2021. The passenger headlight is consistently blinking and flashing and I have no idea what to do. These are only 4 months old and they’re already causing me issues.

I am having issues getting my problems resolved. I bought headlight and taillight package for my daughter’s hyundai sonata. My issue is that I’m missing an acc wire, and also my passenger side headlight doesn’t all the way function. I keep getting told that they need a picture of my label. I have told them that I do not have the label they are looking for on my headlight box. Only my taillight box has a label like the one they want. I am still being told that they need a label that doesn’t exist. Maybe they forgot to put a label on my box, just like they forgot to put a wire in there. I’m very disappointed. This has been weeks of dealing with this, and still no resolution to my problem. I’m very irate. Was going to order lights for my other cars, but no thank you. Not after my experience. I literally paid over $550 and only have working taillights out of the deal. Quit asking me for a label that I have said multiple times doesn’t exist. Instead, figure out where to go from here to make me satisfied.

I ordered a set of demon eye headlights for my car but when I received them, the passenger side headlight didn’t fully function. The blinker didn’t work at all and the wires inside the light were totally a disaster and this light had clearly been damaged in shipping because there were also small chips in the glass around the headlight edges but anyways I contacted the correct customer service email and was told no problem I sent pics and vids and they sent me a replacement all okay until…I received the driver side replacement light when I needed a psseneger side light and it clearly showed that in the videos and pictures so I don’t know how exactly that happened but then when I contacted the same email about it, I get told multiple times that I’m wrong and they sent the correct one according to the video. I even send a picture of this new light all in it’s packaged clearly showing it was a driver side headlight and I still have been getting told that I’m wrong. Listen I paid $400 for these lighs and now I can’t even have them in my car because that same headlight comepltky syoppped working recently and not any single function works on it even with a bulb. According to your website I should be receive a replacement as I should since it came to me damaged and I received the wrong light on your end and wasn’t my fault. But i would also like to request a partial or full refund as I originally ordered these months ago and still cannot get your company to send me one corrrct passenger side demons eye headlight for my Sonata. Ive received some of the worst customer service as far as emailing with whoever is in charge of that. I didn’t pay that much money for half working product. I want my fully refund or replacement sent now because I’ve learned this company must not stand by what they say. Your website says 100% satisfaction gurranteed but I can’t even get sent a light that you guys messed up on. If I could be get any response that would actaully be helpful thank you very much.
