Rückgabe- und Rückerstattungsrichtlinie

Wir sind bestrebt, unsere Kunden zufrieden zu stellen, Ihnen bei der Lösung von Problemen zu helfen und Ihre Fahrzeuge mit unseren Produkten zu aktualisieren. Um eine Rückgabe zu starten, können Sie uns unter support04@ kontaktieren. vland-official.com, um die Bestellnummer, ein deutliches Bild oder Video einzureichen. Wenn Ihre Rücksendung akzeptiert wird, senden wir Ihnen eine Rücksendung Versandetikett sowie Anweisungen, wie und wohin Sie Ihr Paket senden sollen. Unaufgefordert an uns zurückgesandte Artikel werden nicht angenommen. (Bitte beachten Sie: Handelt es sich um eine vom Kunden verursachte Rücksendung, stellen wir keine Transportetiketten zur Verfügung.)

Wenn Sie Ihr Paket zurücksenden, vergewissern Sie sich bitte, dass sich der Artikel in gutem Zustand befindet und alle Zubehörteile darin enthalten sind. (mit Ausnahme von Artikeln, die bei Erhalt defekt, beschädigt oder fehlend sind). Bringen Sie das von uns bereitgestellte Rücksendeetikett am Paket an und senden Sie es an die Adresse, die Ihnen unser Kundendienst mitgeteilt hat.

Wenn die Rücksendung vom Verbraucher verursacht wird, sollte der Verbraucher für die Versandkosten verantwortlich sein. Die spezifische Gebühr sollte auf dem von Ihnen gewählten Expressunternehmen basieren. Sollte aus unseren Gründen die erhaltene Ware beschädigt oder nicht korrekt sein, muss der Verbraucher die Versandkosten aus diesem Grund nicht tragen. Den Verbrauchern wird für die Rückgabe eines Produkts keine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr in Rechnung gestellt.

 

(1).30 Tage bedingungslose Rückerstattungsgarantie für ungeöffnete und unbenutzte Artikel:

Aus irgendeinem Grund, aus dem Sie Ihren Artikel nicht innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt haben möchten, können Sie sich auch für eine Rücksendung und Rückerstattung an uns wenden. Artikel MÜSSEN in ihrer Originalverpackung, unbenutzt und ungeöffnet zurückgesendet werden, um Anspruch auf eine Produktrückerstattung zu haben. Die Rücksendegebühr liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden und ist nicht erstattungsfähig. [Senden Sie ein ungeöffnetes Paketfoto an meine E-Mail, wir bearbeiten es innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen.]

 

(2).Defekten oder beschädigten Artikel zurücksenden:

Wenn der Artikel, den Sie erhalten haben, defekt oder beschädigt ist, wenden Sie sich zum ersten Mal an unseren Kundenservice und stellen Sie uns innerhalb von 7 Tagen die Fotos oder ein Video des defekten oder beschädigten Artikels zur Verfügung. In diesem Fall können wir nach unserer Überprüfung eine volle Rückerstattung gewähren. [Senden Sie ein Foto eines defekten oder beschädigten Artikels an meine E-Mail, wir werden es innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen bearbeiten.]

 

(3).Geben Sie einen falschen oder nicht kompatiblen Artikel zurück:

Wenn der Artikel, den Sie erhalten haben, vollständig von dem von Ihnen bestellten abweicht oder Sie einen nicht mit Ihrem Gerät kompatiblen Artikel erhalten haben (die ursprüngliche Beschreibung des Artikels auf unserer Website ist falsch), wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Kundendienst und uns innerhalb von 7 Tagen die folgenden Nachweise zu liefern:

Fotos oder ein Video des falschen Artikels;

Fotos oder Videos, die zeigen, dass falsch oder nicht mit diesem Produkt kompatibel ist.

Disgusting customer service !!!!! purchased lights for my sons car they are not eu compliant , no address, no returns address , no satisfaction. The company has no transparency as to its location for returns or communication . Want a refund and to return goods disgusting !!!!

I purchased vland headlights for my 2021 Ram 1500 in August 2021. The passenger headlight is consistently blinking and flashing and I have no idea what to do. These are only 4 months old and they’re already causing me issues.

I am having issues getting my problems resolved. I bought headlight and taillight package for my daughter’s hyundai sonata. My issue is that I’m missing an acc wire, and also my passenger side headlight doesn’t all the way function. I keep getting told that they need a picture of my label. I have told them that I do not have the label they are looking for on my headlight box. Only my taillight box has a label like the one they want. I am still being told that they need a label that doesn’t exist. Maybe they forgot to put a label on my box, just like they forgot to put a wire in there. I’m very disappointed. This has been weeks of dealing with this, and still no resolution to my problem. I’m very irate. Was going to order lights for my other cars, but no thank you. Not after my experience. I literally paid over $550 and only have working taillights out of the deal. Quit asking me for a label that I have said multiple times doesn’t exist. Instead, figure out where to go from here to make me satisfied.

I ordered a set of demon eye headlights for my car but when I received them, the passenger side headlight didn’t fully function. The blinker didn’t work at all and the wires inside the light were totally a disaster and this light had clearly been damaged in shipping because there were also small chips in the glass around the headlight edges but anyways I contacted the correct customer service email and was told no problem I sent pics and vids and they sent me a replacement all okay until…I received the driver side replacement light when I needed a psseneger side light and it clearly showed that in the videos and pictures so I don’t know how exactly that happened but then when I contacted the same email about it, I get told multiple times that I’m wrong and they sent the correct one according to the video. I even send a picture of this new light all in it’s packaged clearly showing it was a driver side headlight and I still have been getting told that I’m wrong. Listen I paid $400 for these lighs and now I can’t even have them in my car because that same headlight comepltky syoppped working recently and not any single function works on it even with a bulb. According to your website I should be receive a replacement as I should since it came to me damaged and I received the wrong light on your end and wasn’t my fault. But i would also like to request a partial or full refund as I originally ordered these months ago and still cannot get your company to send me one corrrct passenger side demons eye headlight for my Sonata. Ive received some of the worst customer service as far as emailing with whoever is in charge of that. I didn’t pay that much money for half working product. I want my fully refund or replacement sent now because I’ve learned this company must not stand by what they say. Your website says 100% satisfaction gurranteed but I can’t even get sent a light that you guys messed up on. If I could be get any response that would actaully be helpful thank you very much.
